Long wait for scheduled appointment service I had a routine oil change and tire rotation done at Robert Brogden on November 15th. I had made an appointment for my service at 7:30am. I checked in I had a routine oil change and tire rotation done at Robert Brogden on November 15th. I had made an appointment for my service at 7:30am. I checked in at 7:29 and waited until 9:40am to get me truck back so I could go to work. The staff at Robert Brogden is great and the service was well done. It just took twice as long as it should have. Also I did not receive a receipt or report for the service done. More

The service manager Dave and team are responsible for this review. The team is customer focused, fair and effective. From greeting to goodbye the staff continues to provide excellent customer care from warrantied vehicles, used cars out of warranty and even other makes and models. Yes, the GM certified technicians speak all car languages. In my most recent experience I had the biggest misconception about dealership repair cost being excessive in comparison to mom and pop auto repair. This is not true, if you value your vehicle and want to see it last for years to come through proper maintenance and care, take it to your certified dealer, take it Brogden and let the subject matter experts care for you and your car. They performed a miracle for my daughters vehicle as I said before, no nightmare...but very happy and safe ending. More
