Always great service. The waiting room is nice and the coffeemaker is a great touch. Glad I invested in a service package. I have bought cars elsewhere and had them serviced at the dealer. Robert Brogden's is a cut above and always pleasant to work with their team. More

While I was checking in the vehicle I overheard the service manager talking to 2 technicians and with an office door wide open I heard many uses of profanity and multiple sexist remarks and sexual comments degrading to women. 2 female employees of the dealership were able to hear this. I took offense to it and asked them to close their office door as I could hear everything they said. I’m shocked by this behavior and will now reconsider brining my vehicle to Robert Brogden for service and will not consider purchasing new vehicles from here in the future. My biggest concern is for the employees who have to deal with this type of passive harassment in their workplace. There simply isn’t room for it. More

They can't be bothered, maybe you shouldn't bother either! Too much to say to do it justice but let's get to the heart of the matter. I expected to be treated fairly and the same as anyone else. They were in Too much to say to do it justice but let's get to the heart of the matter. I expected to be treated fairly and the same as anyone else. They were interested in getting me in for a recall and I added an oil change to the mix. I had a few other things to mention, but expected it would require a followup. Told it would be an hour, got there at 4:30pm and they close at 6pm. When I pulled up I mentioned to the adviser that I had some damage to my plastic clad aluminum wheels, and that I believed it would be covered by a warranty (Ally Major) that they had sold me at truck purchase. He said he doubted it was covered but would ask his supervisor. I offered to speak with the supervisor to explain my position, but he told me he would handle it. I sit for the next hour and 25 minutes ignored and not updated until 5 minutes before closing at which time he summoned me to his work station. During this time I had observed that every other client had their vehicles brought around and backed up to the door for easy exit. I didn't see mine as I got up, but figured it was coming. Dylan finished up the paperwork and passed it to me for my signature. I asked if there was news regarding the wheel damage. He said his supervisor told him it wasn't covered. I showed him a web page that explained what you get for Ally Major - interestingly it has a section where it states that if your item is not on a short list of things not covered, then it's covered. I showed him the list which doesn't list wheels (therefore it's covered, right?). He showed me a longer list of things that are covered and stated that the wheels aren't on it, but that he would check into it and see. I then went on to mention that they still owe me a seat rail cover (from a previous repair where they didn't reinstall it) and that the truck was shifting hard in low gear. I expected we would set another appointment to address both of these, but Dylan looked at me with no expression, passed me my keys and said I was good to go. It was clear by his manner that we were done. I felt brushed off, and I looked to see if my truck had been backed up like the others (though I doubted it since I was holding the keys). When I couldn't see it in the drive I asked where my truck was. He said it's out there. Then he called for the next customer. So, I left and went to find my truck in the lot. I believe I'll have to rethink my choice of dealership in the future. If you work in service, provide some. I don't think it's too much to ask to listen to the customer and offer a solution, or a followup appointment. TL;DR - If you like wasting your time and money and being treated indifferently, then this is your kind of place! More
