Good service but it was 2 hours and made me late for work. My service visits are typically great. This time, I scheduled an 8 am oil change appointment so I could make a 10 am directors’ meeting. Unfortunately, I was handed my keys shortly after 10 am. The service was great as always but I left frustrated by the length of the visit and embarrassed about arriving late at work in front of my CEO. No time for a dead battery I was 5 blocks from the dealership when my truck barely started...I had lots to do that day and no time for a dead battery. I pulled into the service I was 5 blocks from the dealership when my truck barely started...I had lots to do that day and no time for a dead battery. I pulled into the service lane (no appointment) and was met by Michael. I told him what was going on and to not turn if off until it was in a place he wanted to leave it. We did some paper work and he told me about a recall that was out on my truck and I told him I did not have time to do the recall because I had to be across town by 3:00 and it was about 1:30 then. He said he would get the battery replaced and I would be on my way. At about 2:15 he called my name and to my surprise not only did they have the battery replaced but also had done the recall. Great service and I was on my way! Thanks for the great service!! More

When the notices first came out, we tried to have recall taken of at a dealership near our former residence. At the time, they were doing some collision work on a different one of our vehicles and said they would call us when the part was in. They never called us, life got crazy, and we stopped trying to follow-up with the other dealer. Thank you for making our experience at Robert Brogdon quick and painless! More

It was very pricey, tho, putting in a new ba My car was towed in after hours. They took care of the problem the next day, which I greatly appreciated. It was very pricey, tho, putting in a new battery, over $200.00. I would have never been able to locate the battery, as it was under the floorboard behind the passenger seat! My experience with dealerships in general, is they “always” find another issue, a wheel alignment due to a rear tire in my case. I’m not saying it wasn’t needed because how do we know? But it has happened every time I take a car back to a dealership in the last 30 plus years. More
