Clear communication, prompt service, good results Jason was careful to understand just what my problem was, then communicated to me what the cost would be to fix it and how long it would take. They were ready to accept my vehicle at the appointment time, and the car was repaired and returned to me within an hour and a half. Dealerships in general tend to be a bit more expensive than independent repair shops, but in this case it is worth it. Good job! More

Worked as planned My oil change light came on and I needed to get that taken care of right away. I needed to have it done on a weekday during my lunch break with only My oil change light came on and I needed to get that taken care of right away. I needed to have it done on a weekday during my lunch break with only an hour to get there and back to work. Allison helped get my truck in and and I got a shuttle ride back to work in plenty of time to eat my lunch! I got a call in a couple of hours when my truck was ready so, I got a ride from a friend and showed up to the dealership at 5:15 or so. They went and brought my truck around for me. I made it home by 5:30 or so. I only spent about an hour of my day and it all worked as planned. Thanks to the entire Robert Brogden Buick GMC team! More
