You may feel this is an isolated response, but I have had other dealings that are not business appropriate. I went to the dealership looking for some literature on GMC Trucks. As a Salesman approached me, I told him what I needed. His answer was “WE DON’T SELL GMC TRUCKS”. I pointed at the sign. “HE REPEATED HIS ANSWER”. After a few more words I left. A few years later I went to BUY a vehicle. After negotiating /discussion. I told the salesman I would think about it and get back to him. Went out to my vehicle to leave, lo and behold he was standing behind my vehicle, not letting me pull out. I told him that wasn’t a good idea and I proceeded to back out. OBVIOUSLY I DID NOT RETURN. Isolated incidents - YEA RIGHT. Also since my “ISOLATED INCIDENT” I learned about some fines imposed upon the Robert Brogden group by GM we will say in regards to business practice
