This is hard. My most recent experience was fine, they system was down so that caused a bit of a headache, but the team figured it out and made it work. That said, I listened to a phone call that was very unprofessional which resonated with being told I did not have to bring my car for service there when I questioned a part taking 8 months to come in with no communication. 25 years as a customer and due for a car for our daughter and our last 6 months of experience has us looking for a new dealership. The service center was courteous and professional, however they weren't able to diagnose the issue of my battery dying twice in the past month despite the battery checking out good on diagnostics. Th however they weren't able to diagnose the issue of my battery dying twice in the past month despite the battery checking out good on diagnostics. They had to keep the vehicle an extra day, so communication could have been better. They also had trouble finding my vehicle when I went to pick it up. The service was under warranty, so no cost, but hopefully next time they can find the issue! More
