I usually have no issue or complaints when I bring my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. But this last time they didn’t put a lug nut back on one of my tires. Was told price doubled for an oil change after service was done and then all Steve could say was sorry…. Took my truck in, and they flushed my transmission. I had called the dealer where it was bought new and asked them about the problem I was having. They told me that GMC had sent out a letter on the pro I had called the dealer where it was bought new and asked them about the problem I was having.
