Called for a Saturday appointment for a simple oil change/rotation, was able to get me scheduled first thing Saturday just a couple days before, and had me in and out within 90 minutes and they were already quite busy. Bought a new 1500 Denali in 2021. Since then, I have had to bring back the truck for service 6 different times for the same issue. Each time I was told the issue was corrected to only start driving again and have the rear end jumping all around. Phone calls are not returned and after putting new tires on it, since they said that was the issue, it appears they do not know what they are doing from a service advisor position nor a technician perspective. I would recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else if warranty work is needed. More
