I believe I was overcharged fit an oil change and tire rotation. I had a $79.95 coupon and was charged $98.46. That’s a lot it tax. The tire rotation was just front to back/back to front. This review has more to do with the extreme lack of communication and the length of time they had my truck than anything else. I dropped my truck(2019 GMC diesel) the Monday before Thanksgiving to communication and the length of time they had my truck than anything else. I dropped my truck(2019 GMC diesel) the Monday before Thanksgiving to have testing done on an issue with the cooling system that had been going on for a year and a half (temperature fluctuating, after it reaches 210, it would drop up to 12° then go back up). This issue started when I had a block heater recall performed in 2020 and most likely the coolant wasn’t filled properly. Before that, the engine performed flawlessly. I heard nothing from Brogden all week which was somewhat expected due to the holidays. The next week I called to see what they found and Josh said he didn’t know anything yet but would find out. Turns out they did no testing, just started it up to see if they could get the issue to happen again. Fast forward five weeks, and still no answers. After six or so trips to light a fire under them I got switched to a different service advisor who started working for me. He said he was talking to GM engineers who thought it could be a head gasket. I thought I was finally going to get some answers so I left it there even longer. Finally after seven weeks, I had enough and took it home. I was extremely patient with Brogden because I had been in multiple times to different service centers for this cooling issue but nothing GM techs did to fix it worked(replaced thermostats, temp sensors). Now I’m stuck with a truck that has who knows what wrong with it but I’m somehow supposed to feel better because visible temperature fluctuation is “normal” and “within acceptable range”. I wish I had gone with RAM. I won’t be making this mistake again. More

Not only didnt order my part for my appointment, but never even attempted to order after that and reschedule, despite saying they would.
