I was in your service center at least 4 times for low air in one of my tires. Each time they would add air and send me on my way. The last time I was told I needed four new tires. I purchased the tires and s in one of my tires. Each time they would add air and send me on my way. The last time I was told I needed four new tires. I purchased the tires and still the low air sign. I bought my car back to the service center your service manager added more air to that tire and told me to drive it. Your service manager was abrupt and short. After all of this come to find out it was the cap for the stem on the tire. I live here in Olathe I have always bought Cars from this dealer. I will never buy from you again. I was treated poorly. Service was efficient at testing the battery and electrical system for my 2019 Acadia, after the motor would not start. I was able to jump-start the vehicle and drive to Brogdon. They kept the car electrical system for my 2019 Acadia, after the motor would not start. I was able to jump-start the vehicle and drive to Brogdon. They kept the car overnight, but even then they could not identify a reason for the sudden "dead battery." If the dead battery happened again, they offered for me to have the vehicle towed to Brogdon without trying to recharge or start the motor. This would allow the techs to better diagnose the problem. They provided a loaner car while they tested this vehicle. Most helpful staff. More
