The service took quite awhile. I got there early and it was still over an hour. I am satisfied with the service and courtesy of my service person. She was in her office on the phone- being rude and belligerent to what sounded like a few different customers while I was waiting on my car. It put me off from buying another car from Robert Brogden ever again! If this is how people are treated after purchasing a car, I’ll pass thank you! I went to this dealer for my car maintenance for many years. The service was typically good, but not for this time. I did oil change, TPMS censor change and brake pad change this time. I was told the TPM years. The service was typically good, but not for this time. I did oil change, TPMS censor change and brake pad change this time. I was told the TPMS censor change is $110, but was charged for $130. Also, there is a $ 35 charge for shop supplies I didn't ask to do. This oil change is one month earlier than the due day. I asked whether there is a oil leakage, but not got a response. Before, the dealer provided a report for a holistic inspection and check for the car. It is not provided this time. I think the quality of this dealer is getting worse. More
