I am pleased by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff on check in and check out. The girls were very nice, answered my questions to my satisfaction and did so with a smile. Kristie was awesome and even though the service department was extremely busy on a Saturday morning, she got my truck in and service completed in a reasonable timeframe. While I was there, she was dealing with what I’d call an “unreasonable” customer, and maintained her cool and handled the situation professionally. The service personnel were the most rude I’ve ever experienced at a service department. We have a 2021 GMC Acadia with approx. 5k miles on it and it had a part fail that wouldn’t allow the car to shif experienced at a service department. We have a 2021 GMC Acadia with approx. 5k miles on it and it had a part fail that wouldn’t allow the car to shift out of park. After it being in the service department for a week (without a loaner), we went to pick up the car and it wouldn’t reverse at all. We couldn’t even back out of the parking spot at the service center. Once we went inside to tell the person that we were working with, multiple people said rude comments before we could even say the car didn’t work. We were made to feel like it was our fault that the car didn’t reverse. No one took ownership of the situation and Aurora was incredibly rude and lied profusely about everything. We asked to talk to a manager and she said that they didn’t have one. My wife ended up calling the GMC headquarters and talking to someone and they sent an email to the service department and then all of a sudden the next day we hear from the service manager. She was apologetic and ended up fixing the problem a couple of days later. The service manager was fine to deal with, but everyone else on staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The entire experience made me not want to buy a new GMC truck because I never want to have to deal with Aurora or anyone at their service department again. Might sell the Acadia and get a more reliable car to not have to deal with this horrible service again. More
This Dealership tells you one thing and says take care of it. I visit dealership and was waited over hour while they call this person and that person, and I ask to speak to the manager said they was busy. Th it. This is on a Monday afternoon nobody there except salesman. All they did was past you one person to another one said they are calling back they are never busy and always answer their phone. There I sat and sat. I raise my voice and say was calling security and ask Me to leave. On the way outdoor I ran into the manager will not take care of problem. They are waiting on such to call them. Here I go again the same story again. I spoke to dealership over the phone two weeks before and did not call back or email an answer. As you can see dealership just pass the buck and take your MONEY. I paid for warranty and was never active by Tayor Romig or Spencer Wagener. These people were not employ by dealership. ???? More
