The service department did great. However, I another an issue with the ceramic coat which was pre-installed on the vehicle when I purchased it. The Service Department said the issu However, I another an issue with the ceramic coat which was pre-installed on the vehicle when I purchased it. The Service Department said the issue would have to be handled by Sales. I spoke with the salesperson about it but he never called me back. Since the ceramic coat was pre-installed, we didn't have a choice on whether or not to pay for it if we wanted the vehicle. (we would NOT have installed it if we had a choice). Nevertheless, when we had a claim related to the ceramic coating, no response. More
