Replacement Key Fob When I purchased my new Silverado, there was only one keyfob. Shady customer service rep. Came in for an oil change. Customer Rep told me that I had a hole in my tire, a large piece of metal was sticking out of the side wall of the tire and Came in for an oil change. Customer Rep told me that I had a hole in my tire, a large piece of metal was sticking out of the side wall of the tire and it was unrepairable. I was told I would need to order a new tire for $160. I looked at the tire and saw a small nail in the tread. Thanked the DeNooyer Customer Service Rep (thinking she was nuts) and left. Took the car to discount tire and they repaired the tiny nail hole for free. Wow! Your service department needs to find better representatives. Not truthful, honest or trustworthy. Not bringing my car back. More

Disappointed Have my truck there for the third time to fix a problem with the seat, first time it was fixed , but then a few months later had the same problem. Second time they looked at it and said they needed to order parts, third time it went in now they say the parts are still not here, if they are not here then why did they schedule me for the appointment. They are trying to make it right with a loaner but really how stupid. More

Make sure you get all the warranty you can buy I bought a new 2014 Silverado and at that time I got the MAX warranty I could. The service department has been great. (ASK FOR CARMEN). I've had all my services completed @ Denooyer Chevrolet with GREAT satisfacation. I just can't say enough about great teamwork. Denooyer has one of the best It starts with with a great service agent (CARMEN) , the Mechanies (JEREMAIH, JUSTIN, JASON) doing a great job and keeping the service agent informed, and CARMEN keeping me up todate. My trucks going on three years old now and the mechanes with their inpections finding thing like trans line leaking, weak crimp fittings on eng oil coolaner line. During the test drive the inpector found that after pumping the brakes a couple of time pedal was hard, also heard a clunking noise in the front end. The brake vacuum pump was faulted, and left front upper control arm was loose. All of which was covered under Warranty. A greast team who cares about us driving a safe vechicleand saving lives. I appreciate the teams honesty and doing a great job. More
