Oil change I made an appointment to get my oil change a week prior. I sat in the waiting room for 1hr and 15 minutes to actually get any reponse or feedback. After declining any further services, for example putting in a new filter, i still had to wait another 20 minutes to finally get checked out and my vehicle back. I was very upset. More
