Terrible Experience with Sales Manager-Mike My husband, daughter and I went to the Hyundia dealership in hopes of buying a nice well maintained car with low mileage and relatively new. My daughter had researched the Hyundia and had a couple of cars picked out to drive. The salesman was Tim Crews, he was very nice. He went over the cars and let us test drive the 2 cars that we were interested in. When it came down to talking and getting the final price with the sales manager - Mike - he was somewhat RUDE and had an ATTITUDE. He came off the price $100, yes $100 and we were paying CASH. We had cash in hand and was ready to buy a car for our daughter. My husband told him if he would discount the car $500, we would make a deal. Mike declined the offer. So we left and went to Steve Padgett Honda, boy are we GLAD we did. We walked out with a 2012 Honda Civic EX with very low mileage, super clean and they not only matched the price but discounted the car $500 more. Everything happens for a reason, they were super nice at Steve Padget Honda and they appreciated our business. More
