My issue is, that I buy a car with broken door lock and flat tire. I use to play deductibles to fix it, and that’s not a real problem. The real problem is, that 2 hours lock replacement cost me a tree days without my business car. Tree days! And every day they play like it’s ok that I’m still waiting and have to wait more. After all, I’ve a call from manager with questions about my experience, and punishment that what kind of business do I do, that I need this car?! What’s the deal about my profession, other don’t do that! And I use to take an advice from Maneger, not to play unhappy customer in next time, just do what Maneger says and don’t count another $20-30... First I was thinking it’s just a poor business, but now it’s looks like some kind of discrimination. More
Waited for more than an hour for a new key I had an appointment at 930 for them to give me a new key fob to replace a broken one. I arrived early at 920, and still couldn't leave until 1035am. I was told on the phone earlier in the week that it would take 30 minutes (which is already too long), and when I asked how much longer it would be, was told it usually takes an hour. They disrespected my time and I will not come back. More
Never again! I just purchased my car a few weeks ago and it's been in the service center for about two of those weeks. Today I went to pick my car up and it reeked I just purchased my car a few weeks ago and it's been in the service center for about two of those weeks. Today I went to pick my car up and it reeked of cigarette smoke and had enough miles on since I dropped it off for someone to have taken it on two family vacations. It also had scratches on the interior that were not there before. They of course lied and said no one there smokes and all the miles were for test miles to make sure my problem is resolved. It's not and I am not going back there ever again. I took it to a car detailer immediately after leaving to try to get the smoke smell out but that didn't work. My car still smells like an ash tray. The Service reps are very friendly in person but their work ethic and trustworthiness is horrible. More

Sean Cantwell the service manager is the best he will help you in anyway he can he is a great person to talk to and he understands your problems .
