Bought a used car January 29, engine began to fail January 31, returned it February 2, they said "We are going to take care of you." Took two months to get in part. Several times during that period, January 31, returned it February 2, they said "We are going to take care of you." Took two months to get in part. Several times during that period, I called them and was promised that someone would call, text, or email me back. They never did!! Finally end of March they called and said the part was received. Took it in, they replaced the part, but said it needed more work and were sending it to Ford dealer for the work, and that they, Robinson, were paying for it. All that good will began to crumble when they learned it needed a new engine. All the "we will take care of you" disappeared, and they began to go silent. To make a long story short, they sold me a piece of junk and had to know before hand that something was wrong. Promised to fix it, until the price exceeded their good will. I told them I would not be back, and I will not. More

The service tech. Mark was unfriendly and was rud when i declined a $400.00 battery! He also tried to upsale other items that the price was inflated about 4 times.
