I noticed my vehicle was leaking oil the day I was taking it in for oil change. I received my invoice but the inspection checklist wasn’t attached. I asked the Service advisor and he said he forgot to stap it in for oil change. I received my invoice but the inspection checklist wasn’t attached. I asked the Service advisor and he said he forgot to staple it, but said all was good, no issues. I had to ask for it again and he seemed annoyed that he had to go take the paperwork back to get it completed. He brought it back to me and said, “See, everything is good.” Turned out the oil filter housing and oil sensor needed to be replaced. I’m not sure how this was missed??? Very disappointing. More
