To good to be true Everyone was so professional and spot on with call backs and keeping me informed on my truck being towed in on a morning it did not start. They sent a shuttle to pick me up and take me to the dealership to receive a free loaner for 2 days until my truck was ready for pick up!!! Unsatisfied My Jeep Liberty had been in service for 3 days just to have Brake pads and rotor replaced. This repair should have taken at least 1hr 1/2 to 2hrs. Long wait I had a 9:15 appointment. The dealer service department was very busy. It took 25 minutes to drop off the car, made me late for work. They were so bac I had a 9:15 appointment. The dealer service department was very busy. It took 25 minutes to drop off the car, made me late for work. They were so backed up they did not even look at the car until later the next day. They do not have a hose for a 2016 Jeep so they kept the car for the weekend. Don't schedule so many cars you can't even look at it for two days. Very poor service. More
