Called multiple times to make sure they had a free loaner car so I could get to work I asked multiple times and made multiple calls to make sure this was so. Horrible service department. Brand new tundra, refused to fix flat tire under tire warranty, also damaged rim in process (they did own up to that and ordered a new one) and tried Brand new tundra, refused to fix flat tire under tire warranty, also damaged rim in process (they did own up to that and ordered a new one) and tried to swap the bad tire to my spare without any authorization (even though there was “no issue” with the current tire according to them. along with that, after 20,000 mile service, oil gauge was all over the place, so now we have to go back down to drop it off to service again. Get ahead while you can and go to dover or any other dealer to service your Toyota, as I’m not nearly the only person that has had repetitive issues with Toyota rochester. UPDATE: after working with pat the service manager again, I was informed that they “lost” my multi point inspection / service slips and there is no proof that the work was even performed. When I asked if there is cameras out back, he said they are broken. I have to now reschedule at dover toyota so I can actually trust that everything is done properly. Stay far away from this shady place. More
DO NOT SERVICE HERE! brought my van in for AC not working. they told me 250 bucks. ...2 hours later they call and say now it's 1400! The paper they give you after they take your money and kick you out says it works as it should and blows 42 degrees at center console. well it is 65 degrees and none of the vents in the back blow any air at all. so they took my 1400 and did nothing. do not go to this dealer they will scam you More

Now the Service Dept I spoke with Don when i called to Schedule my first service and requested the engine oil also be changed .Don was very polite and explained that it was not Due for an oil change yet due to such low mileage . Rochester Toyota did as i ask and did a complete service with an oil change . My experience with Rochester Toyota is all good . ***** More
screwed on the tires!!! What terrible service, from the management of this place. First of all I bought 4 new tires here 3 years ago and only put 29000 miles on them. Surprise it would not pass inspection this year due to no tread on the tires. I have all the paperwork showing how this place was suppose to of rotated these tires when needed, both my husband and I are retired and drive very little. When I explained this I was told to call Goodyear, When I did I was told the dealership should call,when I called them back I was told the manager would call, (OF COURSE HE DID NOT), SO i LFT A MSG FOR THE OWNER, SHE ALSO HAS NOT CALLED) This place is horrible!!!! Upset at service Writing this as I sit in the dealership waiting to get my 4runner fixed. Brought it in a week ago to figure out a noise. 30 mins later Joel came out, told me the issue and said he needed to order a part and could I come back the following week for it to be fixed. I didn't mind. Made the appointment for the following Saturday. Was informed it would be about a 2-2.5 hour fix. Cleared my Saturday morning, drove 45 miles one way, and arrived on time. Checked in, told the service tech my issue of why I was here and they took my baby back to be fixed. 1.5 hours later I noticed it ready to be taken home. Went to check out, was informed they couldn't replicate the noise and all was good to go home. Asked about the fix and was told he knew nothing about that and would check with his tech. Comes back and was told they didn't replace what I came in to get replaced and they would work hard to get it in and done. Sorry. So now my 2-2.5 hr job is going on to be a 3.5-4 hour job. I cleared my Saturday morning, drove 45 miles one way, waited 1.5 hours to be told oops, we didn't know what we were supposed to do. If they had checked the work order and pulled the special order part they could have figured it out pretty quick why I was here and what needed to be done. Not happy at all and will probably never come back here again More
I recently brought my daughters 2000 Corolla in for repair work,it was stalling and hesitating. We had this problem for a few years, bringing it to our local mechanic and another Toyota service statio repair work,it was stalling and hesitating. We had this problem for a few years, bringing it to our local mechanic and another Toyota service station. I had my doubts that they would find the problem if any with it but they did and now it runs excellent and we don't have to worry about her getting into an accident. Thank You to the best service department. More
