After we broke down while out of state heading towards our vacation destination, this hardworking staff got the needed part from anot car in one day! I drive here from an hour away when I could go to a 10 minute away dealer. We purchased a used 2015 Prius here 5 years ago. Their service has been consistently very good. We bought a Toyota Certified used 2020 Tacoma from a different dealer in 2022. Inventory for the truck we wanted was limited everywhere at the time. When it was due for its first service there was no question that we would bring it to Rochester Toyota. I believe in being loyal to a business that treats you right by providing good service. More

Another expensive repair but our car is old & we need a new one but, that's not in the budget. Had to get an email inspection sticker though.
