The first appointment I called to make apparently never got scheduled. The appointment day came and I was told they have nothing for me and because I didn't have a confirmation email it would be another 2 got scheduled. The person was very uncaring and made me feel it was my fault. The service manager was much more understanding and worked with me to get my vehicle in sooner. When I dropped the van off I let them know the fuse was out so the horn wouldn't insistently honk when I drop it. Steve was also very courteous when he called telling me that the issue was a spring tab that broke. He wasn't sure how it broke or what could have been done to cause it to break. When Lief called to tell me the van was ready he made it seem like the dealership was doing us a huge favor by warranting the broken part. I was told this could not be covered again. This issue has happened 2x in 4 years and I still have a warranty so I don't understand how this could be but I wasn't getting a straight answer. When my husband picked the van up (after service hours from the sales department) he tried the horn to make sure everything was working. The horn did not work. We checked and the fuse was never replaced. I don't know how they checked to make sure what they fixed worked if the fuse wasn't replaced. I'm very disappointed with the service we received. More
