waiting for over 2 weeks My part was suppose to be ordered on Aug 19th, I called on the 29th, they had to check on part, well it finally got ordered, I believe, so I made an a My part was suppose to be ordered on Aug 19th, I called on the 29th, they had to check on part, well it finally got ordered, I believe, so I made an appointment to have installed, went in for appointment and the part broke, I had already been waiting for a hour, when I am told part broke, well they could order and have it in the next day!!! What, I had to wait almost 2 weeks and call to check on part, but NOW it can be here the next day??????? I had plans. so I said I will be in on Monday. I show up, part is installed and I am presented with bill. I HAD to remind the service tech that they were going to cover installation, bill was corrected, I paid and left. I thought I made a good decision in buying my car here, but now I seriously wonder....... More
