I show up, part is installed and I am presented with bill. I HAD to remind the service tech that they were going to cover installation, bill was corrected, I paid and left. One a drop-in basis, they were able to implement a short term solution so that I could drive my vehicle until the major repair could take place. During a very busy time, they were able to coordinate the service time, with the warranty paperwork and a loaner for the 3-days my vehicle was in the shop. I bought a Honda because of their reputation for quality and in addition, the fact that they stand behind their product when something does go wrong has made me a Rock County Honda customer for life.
