On separate occasions, the service department misrepresented the services they provided. On the first service, the technician marked that he had completed a multi-point inspection. On a follow up visit to correct a different problem, it was discovered that anyone of this had actually been done. My tires also had the wrong pressure put in. Today after having service done, I was overcharged and had to really contest that I was correct. My money was refunded after much discussion. More
