Don and Tino made the new truck lease a professional, friendly, and fun experience. From the start, Don was on top of all the information I needed to get to him so that, when we showed up Saturday after friendly, and fun experience. From the start, Don was on top of all the information I needed to get to him so that, when we showed up Saturday afternoon, we were in and out within an hour. Tino, in sales, took his time showing us the truck and all the new technology in it. He answered all our questions, making sure we were comfortable with the truck before we left the lot. I paid over 2k in service, I was told I was going to get pictures of the part that was replaced, I didn't get any pictures. I told the service person that I was picking up the truck Saturday morning, when pictures of the part that was replaced, I didn't get any pictures. I told the service person that I was picking up the truck Saturday morning, when I picked up my truck it was dirty, I have pictures of it. Very disappointing. More

This is my second vehicle I have purchased from Rockland and although I live 5 minutes away from a dodge jeep chrysler ram. I still rather drive 45 minutes away from my home to go to Rockland.
