I was very pleased with the service received . As soon as I entered the service bay with my car, I was greeted with a warm smile, asked what service was required and then escorted to the service As soon as I entered the service bay with my car, I was greeted with a warm smile, asked what service was required and then escorted to the service office where I met Anthony Duke. Anthony asked what service was required, checked to make sure what was needed could be accomplished in the car drop off and then asked if I was going to wait or that I had a ride home. Later in the day, he called to let me know that the car had been serviced and was ready for pickup Anthony was courteous and very professional in addressing my requests Excellent experience!! More

Anthony Duke was thorough in his review of what the car needed at this point and checked carefully to see when things were previously done, so as not to have them repeated too soon. One comment--when my air filter was changed, the pice in the glove box was not re-attached properly and if continues to fall off when the glove box is opened I will not be happy with the inconvenience of returning to the dealership after spending more than $1000 on service! Sloppy service that would leave a bad taste in my mouth and it is not the first time that has happened with the air filter change. More
