Complete sleazy sales men. Constantly switching representatives during the deal process. Tried to commit notary fraud by having an office manager notorized documents without being present at the deal. Complete disregard of fraud practices. The sales manager was an intolerable presence during our deal. The finance manager had no problem commiting notary fraud right in front of us during our financing. More

The service manager, Tom Biggie, who took charge of my vehicle showed me what was going on with the front brakes and just what I needed to solve the problems. Tom was friendly and knowledgeable and reassuring that the repair was necessary and would ensure my safety in the future. He is a credit to Chrysler's service department and it was a pleasure working with him. More
