The worst dealership ever! HORRIBLE experience. They just want to move cars get the deal a nd forget about you. I bought a car 2/28. I could not get in to switch my trade in unt HORRIBLE experience. When I told the salesman,Lawrence, that I would be delayed a couple of days he was pushy and rude and continued to call and ask if I could pick up the car earlier. When I said no, he backed off. I went to pick up my car at my lunch break and the insurance paper work was not ready. I clearly told Larry I was in a hurry days before. He then asked me to back date the insurance coverage so it looked like the car was taken 2/28. When I refused he continued to push. I should have walked away at that point but I keep my word. They still owe me runningboards, bedliner and 5000 dollars. So far crickets in their end. GO ELSEWHERE!! BUYING A NEW CAR SHOULD BE FUN NOT MISERABLE. More

Bad costumer service I got a lease in 2016 and the associate was very nice. He helped us as much as possible. Now, on 2017 I returned my lease since the dealer said they w I got a lease in 2016 and the associate was very nice. He helped us as much as possible. Now, on 2017 I returned my lease since the dealer said they would take over the expenses the leased care would have if we finance a car with them, which I did. First issue. The associate never returned my car plates. That was the first time I was having a deal with a dealer. I didn't know they would take care of returning plates. I received a letter from Dmv and said that my license was getting suspended because I never returned the plates. I called the dealer and the guy who sold me the car told me he didn't know anything, he didn't know what I was talking about. He said that was my problem, not his and that he didn't care. I went to the dealer, spoke to the sales manager. Five minutes later when I left they called me to tell me they had the plates. Now, the bank which took care of my lease is calling me they haven't received all the corresponded payments and that I need to pay. I called the dealer again and the same associate told me he didn't care and that I needed to pay that. Can't believe their customer service. I just needed an explanation and he treated me like I was garbage. He shouldn't even be working with costumers if he's going to treat them like that. At least he should be honest about knowing nothing or something, but not treating people like this. More
