Good sales but horrible service department Have 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee which had a water leak inside the car from blocked sunroof drain( manufacture defect ) . The water also got inside clim Have 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee which had a water leak inside the car from blocked sunroof drain( manufacture defect ) . The water also got inside climate control vents. Have to take vechicle in twice since they could not fix the problem the first time. During second visit asked service manager Gary Feinberg to replace cabin air filter since it was probably damaged from the leak to which he replied that the filter is fine and does not to be changed at this mileage. Now one year later the foul smell from climate control vents is back so took car in for service again the the third time for the same problem. Now they deodorize climate control system again and replace cabin filter but make you pay for it since the mileage is 20000 now and it's routine maintenance item but should have been replaced the first time around.Trying to resolve this problem with their service manager Gary Feinberg lead nowhere as he is trying to blame you the customer for causing the leak by blocking the draining system with debris. I have owned the cars with sunroofs from different manufactures for years and never had this problem before, as this is clearly a manufacture defect and service department in the face of their manager is trying to cover for it. This is shows how dishonest the service department and instead of fixing the problem the right way the first time they trying to blame the customer. The worst customer service experience at this dealership since Gary Feinberg became service manager. Also owned 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee before and had very good service experience. Not a customer oriented service department at all which is very disappointing since dealership is convenietly located.Would think twice about going for service to this dealership again and even getting the car from them again More

Worst Service Dept Ever I brought my brand new work vehicle in for service again. This was my first and last time I will use Rocland Dodge. The vehicle sat untouched in the I brought my brand new work vehicle in for service again. This was my first and last time I will use Rocland Dodge. The vehicle sat untouched in the lot for two and a half days and that was with a scheduled appointment. I called numerous times and was transferred to a voicemail where I left messages. I never received a call back. No one ever called with an update. Two days later I finally drove by and the vehicle was in the shop. I called again to find out if they located the issues and I wanted a timeframe of when I could get my truck back. As stated before this is my work vehicle and every day without my vehicle is another day I can't work. Still no call. On the fourth day I drove by and the truck was outside again I stopped and asked if it was finished. I was told it needed to be test driven and then it will be washed and It should be finished at approximately 3:00. Ten minutes later I received a call. The vehicle was ready and I could come pick it up. I returned to the dealership. My truck was in the exact same spot. No test drive no cleaning.The reason I brought the truck in this time was for a severe oil leak and a repeat visit for a continuing issue with the brake light warning indicator. I asked the service tech if anything was resolved with that and he said they found nothing wrong with it. As soon as I drove off the lot the brake light indicator was again illuminated so I returned to the dealership to show him the light. He told me I would need to leave my work vehicle again and at that point I refused. I left the dealership and will never go to Rockland Dodge again!! More

I expect dealership parts to be pricier and even labor cost to be higher than neighborhood mechanic. But I don't expect to be cheated in the amount of time they falsely try to indicate this fix actually takes. Seriously disappointed since the location is convenient. More
Service department needs some IMPROVEMENT I took my jeep in for overheating in the morning, after waiting all day for a call, I called and they told me the truck would have to stay overnight. They never offered me a loaner car(which was covered under warranty) and I was without a vehicle for 2 days. I commute everyday and had to pay for a ride because they didn’t give me s loaner car. Once they figured out the problem they tried to tell me that I put something in the radiator and that I had to pay a couple hundred for a flush. The advisor is unprofessional, never knows an exact answer, and keeps you waiting all day for his call. I ended up having to purchase a new radiator on my own and getting it replace myself More
