Bryan Segovia our Sales Consultant you rock!!! I had two great experience with Bryan Segovia our Sales Consultant. My daughter was looking for a Jeep and Bryan did a great job and worked hard for I had two great experience with Bryan Segovia our Sales Consultant. My daughter was looking for a Jeep and Bryan did a great job and worked hard for us to meet the price we were looking for! We brought the Jeep at a great price and had extremely professional, caring and HONEST service from Bryan. I personally was not looking to buy a car but I was curious and asked if they ever had convertibles (as it has always been my dream to own one) and was told not to often. Not even three weeks later after my daughter purchased her Jeep Bryan called me to tell me they have this beautiful and in excellent almost like new condition convertible that just came into the shop that day. Because Bryan Segovia is great at his job and attentive he called me immediately and made my dream come true!!! I highly recommend Bryan for everyone. I love my convertible and I thank Bryan for making it possible and affordable for me. Thank you again Bryan Segovia!!! Derreck is a crook. I cancelled a Warranty within the first 30 days for the Jeep I bought from here through Derrick Brickhouse; the finance manager. I decided to return t I cancelled a Warranty within the first 30 days for the Jeep I bought from here through Derrick Brickhouse; the finance manager. I decided to return the warranty after a week, and getting an appointment with Derrek was nearly impossible. I would show up, asking to meet with someone to return my warranty. I would be told that I would have to meet with Derrek, but "Its too busy today". After multiple trips back to the dealership, I was able to find Derrek and return my warranty. Derreck gave me a very hard time about cancelling, but he told me he'll shred the warranty and I'll get the money back & added to the principle on my car loan. That was in October. Every month I would call, asking when my refund will come in, and the response I would get from Rockland Jeep is that my refund takes a few months to process. ...Earlier last month I received a letter that my warranty had expired. Turns out, Derrick never cancelled the warranty. He never has answered an email regarding this. Never answered voice mails regarding this. More

Worst Service Department The loathing that I have for this place knows no bounds. The last time I was here, they overcharged me for an oil change. This is the second time they've overcharged me for work done on my car. Anytime I go in there for work to be done on my car, they MAGICALLY find other things that are so desperately wrong with the car that needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY. I really feel like because I'm a woman, they think I'm stupid and they can take advantage by telling me things are wrong with the car when clearly everything is fine. So done with this place. More
