Doing the right thing! I had to bring my jeep in for service. When I pick up, I noticed that my head phones were missing for my t.v.s Gary assured me they would get to the b I had to bring my jeep in for service. Gary stepped in and did the right thing, and replaced them. Sometimes it's not about money, it's about doing the right thing for your customers. I'm not saying the are given thing out for free, but the resolved the problem. I give them a thumbs up, not to many dealers go out of their way to please their customers like they did, Thank you Gary for making things right. I had done some prior research onl After a traumatizing experience at the Paramus Dodge dealership, a friend had suggested that we try Rockland Dodge. I had done some prior research online and was able to narrow down my choice to a Dodge Durango and knew what price range I needed to be in to make it feasible for my day to day bills. Paramus Dodge was pushy and played games and pressured me into putting a deposit down on a vehicle that I did not even want but convinced me that I couldn't afford what I wanted and didn't even try to make it work for me. Mind you I have had this car for 12 years and this was my first vehicle from 17 years old so this was a totally new experience to me. The moment we walked into Rockland Dodge, we were greeted by Don Smith who immediately made me feel confident that he was going to try his best to get me into the car that I TRULY wanted in a price range that I was comfortable with. He sat down with us to find out what aspects in the vehicle that were must haves, would be an added bonus or things that we didn't want. He searched his inventory and found 2 options to start with and immediately took us on a test drive to help narrow it down. I fell in love with the Durango but happened to glance over at a Durango that was set up in the showroom and quickly decided that was the vehicle that I wanted. Don didn't make any promises but agreed to do his best in order to get me in that car. He brought over Chris Dooney who worked side by side with us to make this vehicle work. 30 minutes later, I was signing for the truck! 3 days later (that was because of my schedule, they were open to getting it to me earlier) I drove my new car away. I cant thank Don and Chris enough for turning my traumatizing experience around and making my first vehicle purchase as an adult an easy, exciting, no-games experience. Fraud and flawed repairs - lawsuit will be filed 1. I brought my vehicle, a 2009 Town & Country, for front axle seals. The new seals you installed are leaking. 2. I came in for an oil change and we agreed that you will fix the front axle seals and a full day was scheduled. 3. I came in on the scheduled day for you to fix the front axle seals– you told me the leak was an oil plug (the one you worked on) 4. Then you sold me the idea that I needed front struts. (I do not believe you after you avoided the front axle seals) 5. I was charged for a new oil plug and a wheel alignment. 6. The steering wheel was off-alignment 7. I brought the car back – you allegedly fixed the issue. 8. NOW the steering wheel is still off-alignment – and - 9. The new seals you installed are still leaking. 10. The vehicle never stopped leaking fluids! 11. This all happened in the past 3 months!!! 12. I faxed and sent certified letters - no response More
