First time buyer...felt like family My son needed a car and wanted the Grand Cherokee. He looked at reviews and prices and we got a great deal from Barry. While I was sitting there doing the paperwork, I fell in love at first sight with the Renegade. So after getting my sons' car, I went back for a price on the Renegade. I was not, I repeat, NOT in the market for a new car and I never would have looked at Jeep , no reason. Barry gave me a price. Out I walked. Came back next day with my 2010 Forester and asked about a trade in. Great trade in price, but I need heated seats in the car. I left. Came back the next day because he found one with heated seats, we worked out some numbers with and Barry wrote it up. I took it home to look at and think about. Again, I did not need a new car, but this thing, the Renegade was a cutie. I got an email from Barry asking what he needed to do to get me into this car. I told him lower the price by $1000 and we will talk. He did, I came in, I signed the papers and today, I walked out with my brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade. I cannot remember ever doing something like this, but I feel great. Thanks, Barry and Rockland CJD. You rock! More

AWESOME EXPERIENCE There are no words to describe how amazing my experience was at this dealership. Despite being nervous, the atmosphere was pleasant enough for me to disregard that overwhelming feeling. I suddenly felt an amazing energy when I was taken by Marino who would be my guide to this whole experience and listened to what he had to offer. He went above and beyond to make everything accesible, comfortable, and very knowledgable with every vehicle I test drove. If I can describe Marino with just one word it would be, "INCREDIBLE". When it came to the signing part, the gentleman in Finance, Matthew took his time to go over every detail and took care of all my concerns and questions. I eventually drove off the lot with a 2016 JEEP CHEROKEE 4x4 and this vehicle has exceeded my expectations. Service advice regarding older SUV I was shopping for a CPO SUV or lease in 10/15. Well maintained older Durango (leather, 4.7 and still fab) was not steering or stopping right (ABS). Awesome SUV. I dropped $3,300 in November and it drove great for 2 months; now warning light and as per my mechanic, transmission is going? First problem ever with hard core insides (transmission, engine, etc). Second opinion by real truck mechanic and TBD, keeping an eye on fluids and warning lights... I appreciate the follow up by Rockland Jeep/Dodge to my complaint and I will keep you posted. Please note the corrections Christopher & Cassandra! Apologies Eugene as I've never met you and I'm not sure how you were flagged with bad review. Congrats on Durango high rankings for 2015, 2016 versions. The 2001 is rock solid truck. More

My girlfriend had bought a jeep from Don Smith a few years ago and had nothing but a great experience with him so she recommended me to go see him. i have had some bad experiences with other dealerships but not at this one. Don was very informative about the truck i wanted and got me into it at the price i wanted to pay. When i picked up my truck don came out and went over every single detail involving the instrument panel and how to use it. I dealt with Don and Jay and they were both extremely friendly and would highly recommend buying a car from them. More
