We were under a bit of pressure to get something since my son was returning to college and his previous car had just been totaled. Between myself and my husband this is our third Jeep, but our first experience with Rockland Jeep. I was very impressed with Roy’s friendly and professional manner. He was attentive and paid close attention to everything my husband and I stated we were looking to get out of our new car. It was evident he is very knowledgeable when it comes to Jeep and all of the products and features they offer. I felt very comfortable with him and completely trusted him handling our sale. Since this was our third Jeep we didn’t think that we needed Roy to take the time running through the features or giving us instructions on how to use the car. However, he politely insisted that it would be a good idea and I’m so happy he did. We learned things we didn’t know and figured out how to use some features that we didn’t realize existed on our current Jeep.
