I left there feeling like if it was my husband talking there could have been a deal. Barry did not want to discuss a deal with me for thesole fact I am a female. Very unhappy. Tried to address problem with Manger he claimed he was very busy and truly did not believe Barry did anything wrong. Save yourself the trouble of being aggravated. Shop elsewhere I'm sure many dealers in the area would love the business and treat customers with respect. More

We live two and a half hours away and were able to complete the deal over the phone, including our trade in. We were given a great price for the Town and Country and our trade in. When we came to pick up the vehicle, all of the paperwork was ready to be signed. Excellent Service! I would recommend these guys to anyone. More

Unwilling to even call back Had an absolutely horrible experience. Bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee, and from the second I drove it off the lot it had problems. For one problem Had an absolutely horrible experience. Bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee, and from the second I drove it off the lot it had problems. For one problem they never tested what they said they fixed and try to give me back a vehicle that was not repaired. After waiting for over three hours for repair that I was told would take 30 to 45 minutes, I was told to return and then I will get a loaner car. After that issue I brought it to another dealership and was told that my differential bushings were broken. After spending a large amount of money on a warranty that I was told would cover things like this I was told it was not covered. After speaking to Sid The service manager I was told to contact Matt Velez The finance manager to see if the dealership would help at all for the repair. I assumed that when I give a dealership business and start having problems costing upwards of $700 less than three months after purchasing the vehicle that I would get some kind of support. It has been almost 2 weeks, four voicemails and countless phone calls and I have not received a single call back from anybody at the dealership. Even Jeep corporate could not help at all. I would have to say after my experience neither I or any other member of my family will ever go back to the dealership ever again. Furthermore I will not even recommend them to any single person I know. Just absolute horrible customer service. In a nut shell they sold me a vehicle with problems and they do not want to stand behind it and make it right. More

As i walked in i was not greeted, i then looked all around, few min later a manager came and recommended us to an agent that was busy with a customer. While the rest of the sales team was free. We waited and waited for half an hour and no one came. When i walked out, a nice young man came and said he was sorry for what had happened and he apologized. Even still i will not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
