And really helped our decision-making that much easier… The whole process was painless --even signing all the papers… Derek was like a machine he was easy to work with also… and now I'm driving a fabulous car ! By the way, when we pulled out of the parking lot… Barry was kind enough to give us his number so if we ever have any questions we can just call him --which we did an hour after we were in the car and he was most helpful!!! I would totally recommend going to see Barry if you're interested in buying a jeep… More

We worked with Barry and he was extremely knowledgeable and conveyed information in a clear and relaxed manner. he was clearly an expert about the details of the car we decided to purchase. I felt very taken care of by Barry. Then we did the financing with Jay and he was just as knowledgeable and efficient. They were ready for us when we picked up the car and had the papers all set to go. I could not have been happier. More
Horrendous Experience. Purchase car 7/18/15 with 6 month warranty from dealership. 1st time to repair on 7/23/15 for shimmy in vehicle and flashing dash lights. 2nd time t Purchase car 7/18/15 with 6 month warranty from dealership. 1st time to repair on 7/23/15 for shimmy in vehicle and flashing dash lights. 2nd time to repair 8/22/15 for leaking windshield, vehicle hesitation, brake pedal going to floor on incline and tailgate glass not latching. Couldn’t find leak, said it is the type of transmission (while test driving with mechanic) for the hesitation, said brake fluid dirty (did not print estimate) and told me tailgate latch is fine. I took the mechanic back to car to see if latch worked. It did not. Left overnight for replacement latch. 3rd time to repair 10/26/15 brought car in for burning oil. I had to put 4 quarts of oil in as light had gone off. Explained that it was not leaking but they kept overnight to make sure. Topped off oil and asked me to bring back in 800 – 1000 miles. 4th time back on 11/10/15 for burning oil again. Repair shop had to add 4-1/2 quarts to top off. Sid explained that Jeeps with this type of mileage burn a lot of oil. I explained that this is my 4th Jeep and that information is incorrect. Was left off the Sid would speak to Dante to decide next step. Said he wanted to do an oil consumption test and for me to bring back in 800-1000 miles. When I returned to work my mechanic at work marked the dip stick for me. 5th time to repair shop 12/3/15 brought back for oil consumption. My husband had added 3 quarts of oil as the light had gone off again. Again was told that Jeeps burn a lot of oil. Again told them not believable. Sid decided oil consumption test was not necessary. I went through the history of the oil burning, the fact that he is the one that brought it up and that no one had bothered to call me about the issue since 11/3. The oil consumption test was done with no mark put on dipstick. The mechanic at my job marked the dipstick when I returned to work. 6th time back on 12/14/15. They changed the PCV valve and said that would solve the problem. Husband and I went in main showroom and spoke to Matthew in finance. Went through the list of problems. Was told by Matthew that once warranty period of 6 months is up there is no more warranty even if there is an ongoing issue with the car. Went back on 12/23/15 as still burning oil. I set an appointment to have them look at burning oil problem again on 1/8/16. Went to NY Registered repair shop to have oil checked. He found it to be a quart low on a 9 day period! The mechanic there also noted that there was a squeak in the right front end. He told me to mention to Rockland Jeep as car still under 6 month warranty. I returned to my office and called Jeep corporate. Explained the situation and how I had been told several times the Jeeps with over 100K miles burn excessive oil; how that is not good for their brand. They called over to the dealership and “Dante” assured them that he will take care of the problem. 7th time 1/8/16 and this time they changed the valve stem seals. Told Sid about the inner tie rod as ball joint as per the mechanic at N. Middletown Repair. Mario called me when the repair was done for the oil but advised me that they would not be warrantying the front end. When I went to pick up the car I refused to sign the paperwork as they put down that I refused the repair. That is not the case. The repair should have been under warranty. Spoke to Sid about the warranty still being in effect. Was told they would get back to me. Never did. 8th time back stopped in on 1/16/2016 to speak to Sid. Had husband with me. Sid agreed that the repair should be under warranty and he would speak to his boss (the owner). His exact words were “what’s right is right”. He said he would call me with the decision Thursday or Friday. Never heard back from Sid. Stopped in on 1/23/16 and was told by Sid that the boss had decided that they would not warranty the front end. Thanked him for fixing the oil problem and left. In closing, the dealership did not stand by their warranty. They wasted an extraordinary amount of my time with all the back and forth as no one ever called me back. The only way I could make an appointment was to drive over. They stalled for months regarding the burning oil I think in an effort to reach the 6 month cut off, but in the end it didn’t matter as they didn’t fulfill their warranty. Looks like they have good reviews for new car sales. I do not recommend used car sales - pre-certified or not. More

After 43 years of marriage and only buying used cars for financial reasons, I happened to take it on my own while the car was being finished to look around to get an idea on price never imagining we might be able to get a new car for our retirement years. Everyone, including the secretaries were very nice with no pressure to buy from anyone. Instead all were willing to make a workable plan financially for us. I know [higher position in the office] was Dave, who said to us do not worry we will do the best we are able to do. That opened the door to believing this dream may come true and had us both feeling a weight was off our shoulders, no pressure. Then Dave sent us in same Nanuet, Rockland branch to Roy Marohn Jr. sales consultant. Roy was truly extremely pleasant, very kind,very helpful with our deciding what we could financially do. There was no rushing and he was wonderful about handling all of our many questions since not buying a new car in years. They both are an asset to your company. I can not remember anyone being so patient with the many questions we had. Once we finalized the deal, Roy spent a lot of time and patience showing us how to work this awesome car. He was so helpful because we were not familiar with all the options and features this car had. No question we had went unanswered. Then we saw Matt who did the financing part and he was wonderful also, very helpful and informative. Roy told us he would follow up with us in a few days if we had any other questions and how we were doing. The entire experience was truly relaxed and good to put it in a nutshell. Easiest Experience Ever! We had been to four dealerships in the past month. All of them took about three hours of back and forth with "the manager" to receive a price. We walked into Rockland Jeep and sat down with Marino Hernandez, who helped us from the beginning. He came back in 10 minutes with the lowest price for the most features we had seen. There was no back and forth to waste anyone's time. Marino was extremely professional and we signed and drove in less than three hours! Marino was friendly, knowledgeable and even helped us install the car seats in the new vehicle. We will definitely be highly recommending Jeep Chrysler and Marino to all of our friends and family! They worked hard to fix my vehicles issue I had a problem with my vehicle and it originally didn't go well at the service department. After a short discussion with the Service Manager Sid and I had a problem with my vehicle and it originally didn't go well at the service department. Sid, at Rockland Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership did his best to satisfy and fix my vehicles issues. Sid had specific and qualified people from his service department work on my vehicle until everything was completed. I was contacted by phone during the entire process and informed as to the status of my vehicles repair. Rockland Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership provided me with a loaner car so that I wouldn't be inconvenienced during the entire process.
