Awful customer service Purchased a brand new Grand Cherokee here based on a recommendation by my father in law who purchased two vehicles from them. Right from the moment I Purchased a brand new Grand Cherokee here based on a recommendation by my father in law who purchased two vehicles from them. Right from the moment I drive it off of the lot, there were issues. The all of the electronics continually shut off. That included the instrument cluster, speedometer, navigating. Brought it back to the dealership immediately where it stayed for more than a week. After the vehicle was returned to me, the engine light came on and the transmission started shifting erratically and I brought it back to the dealership where it sat for another few days. This has continued for months on end. After bringing the issue to the service manager (Barry), I was told, "we turned the engine light off, what the xxxx more do you want?." Needless to say I will never buy another Chrysler vehicle or deal with this dealership again. More

Outstanding , pleasant , courteous and competent I left my home dealership in search of being treated like a valued customer and that's exactly what happened.. First the welcome from the receptioni I left my home dealership in search of being treated like a valued customer and that's exactly what happened.. First the welcome from the receptionist , then I was immediately greeted by a delightful young lady named Corena , who has already become extended Family. She's smart , thorough , patient and polite , and she handled everything I threw at her with grace and ease ..... And I am an involved and knowledgable buyer , unafraid to test who I am doing business with.. She's 24 and after a short while , I knew I was in the right hands , in the right place. After repeated back and forths, she continued to impress me with her courtesy and professionalism..... And she was wearing a Halloween outfit to boot !! As she "worked" my deal , I made my way over to the owner , regaled him with Corena's good work and had a delightful conversation with him ; and being impressed didn't end there. After Corena made me happy as can be , I met Derrick in Finance to finish the deal , and immediately put my guard up , readying myself for what was to come , hardly ever a nice experience at a car dealership. Suffice it to say that this kid was so wonderful , that I ended up writing a letter to the owner about he and Corena , congratulating him on having two of the finest young people I have ever met , in his employ. Derrick is a rock star professional and person ...... And just when you think you've had too much sugar , and this experience had to be a dream , the kids called me later that nite to thank me and to ensure me that my credit was good and the deal ready to launch. I hung up the phone feeling better about the future of our world ; these two kids were that , are that , Special. I will never shop anywhere else.
