I drove my car in the service drive after valet checked me in, I walked in and got welcomed by a lovely young lady. I left the truck for the day, mid day I received a phone call with a few things my truck may need with great pricing for guaranteed and warrantied work. Angie (who was the young lady who helped me) was the most pleasant and knowledgeable professional service personal I have yet to deal with. I would highly recommend her the dealer ship and the mechanics who have help me make my truck with little over than 75k feel brand new again! More
1st time It was my first time leasing a car, and I had known absoluetly nothing about cars when I first walked in. I knew I wanted to lease a new renegade but I was not sure what model and how the process was going to be. My consultant Jon Francis made me confident i knew the ins and outs of the car. He was so thurough and went over evey detail and feature of the car. The process was so easy and stress-free, I felt valued as a customer and very well taken care of. I had gone to Ramsey Jeep and they made me feel so uncomfortable, the consultant was calling me "endearing names" like love and cutie, it was very unprofessional. They even tried coning me into a deal that day, I guess since Im a young woman in my early 20s they thought they could take advantage of me. At Rockland Jeep I was treated with respect and in no way felt pressured to make a deal until I was ready to. I was listened to as a customer and overall more than satisfied with my experience. When I left the dealer that day with my new car I had come back later because I forgot to purchase floor matts, the consultant Jon ran to my side and even installed the matts for me. Even though the deal was done, Jon still made sure I was being catered to. I would highly recomend Jon Francis at Rockland Jeep for anyone in the market for a car. My experience was top notch quality customer experience, and I have been working in sales for over 7 years now. I will definitely be returning to not only this dealership but this consultant at the end of my lease. Thanks again for my amazing new ride! More

Mistreated Disabled Marine Corps Veteran I can't help to agree with all the positives reviews about the sales department but not one review on their service department. This is the second Jee I can't help to agree with all the positives reviews about the sales department but not one review on their service department. This is the second Jeep Grand Cherokke that I own from Rockland Jeep. Both times the sales department has been excellent. Both Jeeps had major failures and recalls that required me to bring It in to the service department, this is where the Jeep nightmare began. Not only was the service staff unprofessional but my latest Jeep was damaged while in the hands of this department. While the right way to get to a part is to remove the cover or shields blocking access, Rockland Jeeps has a different way. They instead cut the covers out of the way to access the part that needed to be replaced. Now leaving my Jeep with damaged parts. To add insult to injury I was told by their management that this matter would be taken care off and that discounts would be applied to the invoice. When I arrived at Jeep to pick up my vehicle I once again was assured that everything was taken care of and that all I had to do was see the cashier for payment. All lies not one thing promised was honored no discount no repair to parts damaged. Spoke to same manager again and now was told by this same gentleman that there was nothing that Jeep would do. I then explained to them how poor their customer service was and that is no way to treat and lie to a local Rockland county Disabled Marine Corps Veteran. Was then sarcastically told to have a nice day! More

Don listened and understood my son' I was referred to Don Smith from a friend of mine, and was so grateful to have the opportunity to work with him. Don listened and understood my son's needs and our budget. He tirelessly and patiently searched for the Jeep that he wanted. We were under a bit of pressure to get something since my son was returning to college and his previous car had just been totaled. Don is a "no pressure" sales person and went thru a few different scenarios to help us make this work - all the time being as patient and pleasant as can be. Within days he had the car delivered from a site on Long Island. I can honestly say that I have never had such a wonderful experience in purchasing/leasing a vehicle before. Don is truly a gem!! More
