The impartial department at Chrysler decided to give me a complete refund. I am still waiting for the money of course, but we decided to get another Jeep but different in 4 cylinder engine as opposed to 6 cylinder. We went to Nanuet Chrysler Jeep and had a great experience with Ken in sales and Alfredo in Finance. They went above and beyond to try to make this Jeep experience a good one and they did. Thank you Ken and Alfredo. At the Ramsey Jeep the only bright spot was Veronica in sales, the rest in sales were awful. More

I will certainly become their recurring customer and strongly recommend them for the following reasons: 1- When you call the store and choose sales, you actually talk directly to a sales person who will meet you later in person and will give you the same answers personally and on the phone. 2- Sales people very honest, quick and direct. 3- You ask a question, they are transparent with the answer. You feel like you are talking with a friend or family member. 4- Totally trustworthy people. 5- They do not try to charge you hidden fees or attract you with false low price adds. 6- Very quick to close. 7- Store is clean and well maintained.
