At every step of the way, the sales team is looking to work with you; they are also straightforward with everything, not slithering around sneaking in price increases. Specifically Christopher Gunst was the best member of the sales team. He was able to get me into a new car in 2-days (less than 2 hours), and that was not because he was pushy. He was instead very straight forward and is willing to work around you, finding the best fit for your needs. He will come in late and stay past closing time just to ensure your needs are satisfied. Last but not least, his client facing skills make every step of the way a pleasurable experience. Overall the philosophy that the dealership is trying to build a partnership with you to satisfy all of your future car needs, significantly distinguishes itself from typical sales that are just trying to sell one car in the moment. They sold me a truck with nothing but problems I purchaced a used 2006 dodge ram 1500 quad cab and with in the first week it had many problems that would have been very costley to repair. I bought I purchaced a used 2006 dodge ram 1500 quad cab and with in the first week it had many problems that would have been very costley to repair. I bought the extended warranty with the truck thank god. The problems were a leaking rear main seal, keaking water pump, bad motor gasket, leaking transfer case, leaking rack and pinion. They made repairs to the truck under warranty. Took them 2 weeks to fix it and get it back to me ( wich they said would take a week) to then have the exact same problems. I spoke to the service manager barry and he stated the looked over the truck before it went up for sale. I asked then why does it have so many problems. He did not have an answer. It seems like I know more about the truck they sold me then they did. They are all scamers that don't deserve to be in business. Unless you enjoy having a leaking car that is allways in for repair. Do not buy from them More

From the moment I walked in the door I was treated superbly by everyone. (As a single woman shopping for a new car so many other places completely ignored me.) I was a Honda driver for the past 25 years, but no more, now I’m a Jeep driver and proud of it. Barry Rosenwasser, who so patiently worked with me, was an absolute delight! He explained all the features and functionality in clear and understandable terms, none of my questions were considered silly or stupid. I really went to the dealership that night as a fact finding visit and instead find my new Jeep. Barry and the sales team even found me an extra discount based on the company I work for that I had no idea existed. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The day I picked up my new Jeep, it was like getting the movie star treatment – Barry reviewed all the features, including syncing my cell phone to the sound system which I probably still would not have accomplished, showed me the service department and gave tips on the best times to come in.
