I just stopped in to look! I first met Lawrence on the showroom floor, I thought (another high pressure sales person) I was wrong, he was great. He offered me a choice of cars in my price range and used just enough “salesmanship” to keep me interested and no high pressure to buy a car right now. I told him I would think about it and would hopefully stop by the next day. He was gracious and kind and said if I had any questions to call. I returned the next day and he was busy helping another customer. That’s when I met Ken who said he would be happy to help and did not want me waiting a long time for Lawrence. Ken was great. He took me for a test drive and I liked the car. That’s when he went to work for me. Ken helped me get the right price for the car. I also had a trade-in and he helped get me a great price for my car. I could not ask for a better person to buy a car from. Derrick was also nice to work with. He offered me a range of after-market items and helped me pick out the best service plan for my car. AGAIN no high pressure, just good information for me to make the right choice. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Lawrence and asked if I was being cared for. My intentions were to meet with Dante to discuss my researched numbers and car buying skills and experience. With Dante on the phone, Lawrence took the extra step to reach out to Chris Dooney of whom would have the authority to discuss direct numbers and deals. Chris Dooney was so tentative from the moment we sat down to the moment we agreed on a deal. He listened for my desired needs, options and pricing without hassle. Immediately he took to his inventory to provide me with a few options that would closely match my interest. He sent me off with Lawrence to take a look at two of the jeeps in stock close to my desire. Once I returned inside the dealership, Chris was awaiting my thoughts. Once Lawrence, Chris and I discussed my thoughts, we moved onto working out a lease purchase deal. Still with my option interest at best, Chris was very accommodating at offering me the jeep unlimited with over the top Optional Equipment, and within the targeted budget and researched pricing! Moving on.....Lawrence was very helpful assisting me with a few calls, while the paperwork was underway. He was very personable and understanding as to assuring me he would oversee the jeep being precisely detailed for pickup the same day!!!!! And indeed it was!!!! Derrick Brickhouse was the man to see at signing. He was very pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable and honest to any questions or concerns asked of him by me. I did not feel pressure at signing and was not pushed for warranties when declined. Motor vehicle documents and plates were all ready to go!!!!! I cannot believe how fast and efficient the entire process went at closing the deal the same day!
