It was the best experience I had at a dealership. Derrick & Christopher were very helpful. They did not rush me into picking a car and buying it. I have a brand new 2014 Jeep Trailhawk that had a couple of trim issues. There were 2 trim sections that were damaged during manufacturing. Knowing that I live over 45 miles from the dealership he understands how difficult it is for me to alter my schedule and he also realized how upset I was that "to me" my car did not yet look brand new due to these appearance problems. He worked with my schedule and was able to get the job done and make me very happy. It was a pleasure to work with somebody in the service industry that actually will do what he has to do to get the job done while keeping a customer happy and satisfied. Chris showed me 2 different vehicles that met the qualifications I wanted. They were 2 of the colors I specified with slightly different options. I got the car that I wanted. Barry Rosenwasser made my purchase of my Jeep Cherokee very easy. I had submitted my preferences on the internet that went out to several dealers. When I was contacted by Barry I told him what I was looki very easy. I had submitted my preferences on the internet that went out to several dealers. When I was contacted by Barry I told him what I was looking for and what monthly payment I felt comfortable with. When he told me a model that he had and the MSRP I told him that what I had calculated out I didn't think I could afford it. He asked me what would I do if he could offer it to me at the payment price that I wanted. I told him if he was able to do that then I would fill out the financing for it. He had to keep calling me because I was trying to clean up after a major snow storm and I was hard to get in contact me. Other dealers that I was talking to dropped the ball at this point but not Barry. His persistence paid off for both of us. He got the sale and I got my first American car in over 15 years. When I came in to pick my vehicle up Barry was very busy but he made sure that he constantly kept his attention on me. At the end of that day Barry gave me enough information about my new Cherokee that I drove away a very happy customer. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Barry to any person I know that is shopping for a new vehicle. To show how well Barry closed this deal....there is a Jeep dealership in my city and 2 more within a 20-30 minute drive. Rockland is a 55 minute drive for me and I do not regret picking a dealership farther away. They earned my business! More
