The service advisor told me he had snow tires in stock. They did not. The simple service I came in to get done took 2 days....service that should have taken no more than 2 hours. I called Don Smith on a Saturday and we went over pricing for a 2014 Grand Cherokee. He was very pleasant and gave me a "ballpark" on what i might spend. I decided to stop in the next day with my wife and ask for him. He was extremely friendly and didn't fit the stereotypical salesman. Usually when i am negotiating cars there is definitely the hard ball approach on my end and the more the salesman talks or their manager gets involved with their usual schtick i become more turned off. I did not experience that in the slightest with Don, he was excellent and beyond thorough in showing us the vehicle and that was prior to him gauging just how serious we were. We discussed numbers and it only took some negotiating before we agreed on the price. We received an excellent deal due to years end, and my wife and i are extremely happy with the price. Don is an excellent salesman and there is a no pressure attitude with him. We picked up our car today and there were no gimmicks, extra fees thrown on or gimmicks. Don did a great job explaining the vehicle, showing us every nook and cranny and even went as far as to show us the service center. We also own a range rover and you would think due to the range rover brand and persona we would get similar treatment but it wasn't even close.
