The transaction was completed quickly, mostly online, and when we arrived to pick up the Jeep, everything was ready to go and the car was perfect. Don spent an extraordinary amount of time going through all of the car's bells and whistles and answered every question we had. Too many dealers still take an "old-school" back-room approach to selling cars - where you never feel like you're getting a straight quote or honest answer. The Internet has leveled the playing field. Those who have embraced new technology and a more transparent sales approach - like Rockland Chrysler Jeep Dodge - will find themselves the winners in the long run. I was due for a trade-in of my Liberty and had my heart set on the new Cherokee. Unfortunately, I visited other dealerships first where I was turned-off of the cherokee due to the customer service. He took his time to talk with me about prices that I could afford, the type of car I wanted, the color, I was even able to test drive the one I ended up leasing! He showed me all of the new gadgets/technology that I was not used to with my previous car and explained them thoroughly so I could fully understand everything before driving away with my new car. I couldn't be more pleased with my overall experience and I absolutely LOVE my new Cherokee! I have already recommended this dealership to many of my friends and family. More

As a 22 year old female car shopping alone I was nervous that I would be taken advantage of or just not taken seriously, but that was not the case at all. Don was so friendly and informative and I never felt like I was being "sold" a car. When you speak with Don and the other guys over there you can tell they genuinely want to find you the right car for you. Don brought out multiple cars for me to look at and was extremely patient with me, which says a lot because I am extremely indecisive and was at the dealership for the majority of the afternoon. I ended up choosing the 2013 Dodge Dart gt and could not be happier with my choice. Don and one of the managers really walked me through all the financial aspects and made sure I understood everything. This was my first major purchase so I was really unsure about how all the financing works. They also made a point to explain to me the long term differences between buying and leasing. Although this may not seem like a lot to people who have been buying cars for years it was extremely beneficial to me. They also really worked with me as far as pricing.
