What felt like moments later, I made my choice and I was incredibly happy with it. The remaining time spent there was getting paperwork finalized and signed, that too didn't take long at all. The entire time there I felt that I was in great hands and they were actually invested in me enjoying my car buying experience. The only negative part was the hassle that my previous dealership was giving them (which is why I left them), and even that was handled incredibly and professionally well. As far as dealerships go, I have had a very good experience with Rockland Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I first visited there about 3 months ago and met Perry. Perry was very helpful. I was in between a Cherokee and a Grand Cherokee and he gladly showed me both. When I told him I wasn't ready to make the decision that day, there was no pressure, he provided his contact information and stayed in touch appropriately. A few weeks later I came back again with my husband and met with Perry again, we were closer to making a decision, but still not there yet. Perry was still very understanding and very open to working with us. This weekend, I was ready to make a final decision. I had narrowed my search down to 2 certified Jeep Grand Cherokee's, one of which was at a different dealership. This time I met with Jerome Drackett, whom I also had a great experience with and would recommend. Throughout the whole process, Jerome was willing to work with me and listen to my concerns and answer my questions.
