Stopped in to check out the 2012 Grand Cherokee. Having driven Grand Cherokees since 1995 and currently owning a 2003, I was interested in updating. My wife and I never felt pressured and felt very comfortable with Mr. Pagliaroli and the dealership. Mr. Pagliaroli kept in touch via email in case we had any questions or concerns. When we were ready to move on a 2012 Grand Cherokee, unfortunately, Mr. Pagliaroli was away. We then spoke with Lawrence Vitulli who also made us feel at ease and treated us fairly , enabling us to purchase a new 2012.
