I visited the dealership with my husband looking to trade our Jeep Grand Cherokee and get a new Jeep Compass. We negotiated and were scheduled to come back the following week. We visited another dealer that promised to beat any price, and i called to speak to Mike, but got Julio instead, he was rude, arrogant and downright nasty, telling me i couldnt go back and forth with another dealer (??!!) and he was taking the deal off the table. BIG MISTAKE! You lost a customer and you lost a sale! More
