Totally wasted my time ! Walked into this dealership Totally wasted my time ! Walked into this dealership and met with John Pagliarali. After leaving initially he called and said that he could give me what I wanted for the trade in, and also get me to the monthly lease payments that I wanted. FINE. I thought, what a pleasant experience and at a great price, until I walked in again with my wife and 2 kids (1 being a newborn) to sign the papers. Not only did they come back and raise the monthly lease price, but also lowered the value of my trade in? Wait, I thought we closed everything over the phone and was coming in to sign? Totally wasted 2 hours of my Saturday morning when trying to squeeze an additional $1,500 out of me, thinking I would simply agree to it. Nonetheless, I did NOT purchase from them and walked out. Completely shady folks who will tell you anything and then change their words at signing. With all the hundreds of Jeep Dealerships in the tri-state area, you have other options. Stay away ! More

I WAS VERY SKEPTICAL IN COMING TO A CHRYLER DEALERSHIP BECAUSE I REALLY DIDN'T THINK I WOULD LIKE ANYTHING THERE. BUT MY HUSBAND CONVINCED ME TO GO AND DUE TO THE SALESPERSON THERE REALLY TOOK CARE OF US BECAUSE I REALLY DIDN'T THINK I WOULD LIKE ANYTHING THERE.
