We visited Rockland Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership in Dec. 2011 to purchase a new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were also planning to trade-in our Jeep 2009 Cherokee. We were very fortunate to meet John w Dec. 2011 to purchase a new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were also planning to trade-in our Jeep 2009 Cherokee. We were very fortunate to meet John who proved to be an excellent sales person. He explained all of the options available on the 2012 vehicle and was able to answer all of our questions. He worked with us on the trade-in price and gave us what appeared to be a good deal. Wanting to make sure we were indeed getting the best possible price we went to another dealership to compare prices. We discovered they did not come close to the price John quoted. We returned to Rockland Chrysler Jeep Dodge and purchased a beautiful Jeep. We have nothing but praise for the dealership and the way we were treated. I walked in and Barry Rosenwasser walked up to me and introduced himself and said he could help me in getting a great deal on a used or new Grand Cherokee. He was busy with another customer but had John Pagliaroli help me. John explained the advantages of either new or used jeeps. He took his time, explained in detail about a couple of deals and let me decide without any pressure. As I was talking to John, a Jeep dealer I had visted actually called my cell and asked me to come back and see him. I told him I was at Rockland Jeep and would get back to him. He told me that whatever number Rockland offered, he would beat it. That's a pretty strong bargaining chip I had ! But after dealing with John, and Barry checking in to make sure everything was alright , I decided I didn't need to travel to any other car dealer...I had a great deal right in front of me. Sales people like that, fair prices, no pressure , and a good stock of available jeeps sealed it for me, right there and then ! I'll be back in the near future and with two growing daughters, I trust Rockland Jeep. More

Straight forward and fair. No head games, no number games. I have five cars and I buy/lease at least one car per year and I actually enjoyed doing the deal with these guys. even the financing guy who games. Which is one of the reason I don't like to finance and pay cash to avoid a long sales pitch for various warranties and insurances. I liked him so much that I actually bought my first tire/rim insurance. Yup, for a Jeep Wrangler Sport that my 20 year old daugther is going to drive around NJ. There is no side curb in NJ that can even reach the rim! My other 3 cars are all low profile tires and I refuse to buy similar insurance for these cars. Only thing I really request is that they carry other brands like Audi, Toyota, Jaguar, Porsche so I can buy all my cars from them. More
