As a point of comparison we went to the Ramsey Jeep Dealership and had an opposite experience, there we felt like we were in 1970 in the way the did things. There was nothing current about the feel, look and behavior there. In fact they were even willing to make things work even after we told them that we were comparing. We then went back to Rockland and this day Michael was not in... although he had keep in touch and phoned us to follow up. This day Derrick helped us, and he was just friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He knew Michael helped us originally and they all seemed to work as a team. Michael was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle as he explained how it worked. Greg from finance was very helpfull... my situation was unique as I divide my time between 2 states, and he worked hard to make sure all angles were taken care of.
