I was in the market for a 2012 Jeep Patriot, but was only looking for one with a manual transmission. Soon after that I called another dealer and they performed the search over the phone in less than 10 seconds. About a week later I left the other dealer with my new Patriot. I do understand that a customer in person is always better than over the phone, but I just don't appreciate when someone says they will call you back and never does. More

We paid cash for the vehicle (the price was set via a Chrysler affiiate program with no negotiation needed), but he was very intent in pushing us into an extended warranty and/or extra service. He was professional, but a bit pushy for my taste. Overall, I would return again. More

Walter and his manager, Vincent, gave me a good deal on a new Overland. Walter then took a lot of time to explain the features of the car to us-he didnt rush through us once the deal was complete. Jay, their finance guy, completed the transaction quickly with no last minute "changes" as some places try to sneak in. Their prices are by far the best I was quoted in a 50 mile radius. It was worth driving further just for the price-but the overall atmosphere at the dealership makes it even better. It was honestly the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I told my wife that it's the first time I left a dealership feeling like my spine and my wallet weren't just stolen from me- we actually felt great about the purchase.
