When we walked into the dealership Jay locked eyes with us and asked if we needed help. From then on our interaction was professionl but friendly, sincer, and fair. On the day I picked up my truck Jay was scheduled to leave at 7pm, we werent able to make it there untill 7:15. Between our arrival time, paper work and insurance we weren't done untill after 8pm, which is closing time, Jay stayed at the dealership to make sure I finished the paperwork and explained the inner workings of my new vehcile. A few days after I had taken my new truck home and had time to drive it he called to check if I had any questions or concerns. My lower score in price is due to the fact that we weren't able to get zero percent finacing. Jay had no control over that. The vehicle and amount of months I financed my new truck for weren't eligible for the zero percent financing. Overall my experience with Jay and the entire staff at Rockland Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealer were helpful and pleasant to work with. More
