His commitment to detail and follow up is outstanding. I never felt like I was being sold which is a rarity in the auto business. Jay's sales manager, Rick Small, who I met during the negotiation process was very fair and a complete gentleman. It was a brief, but pleasant experience wrapping up the paperwork with Dante Odoardi in finance who is also very personable.
