Their system to get in the shop is inconvenient. I was owed an oil change and they still charged me. I have a bumper to bumper warranty and my repair was not covered. Boo! More

I had questions about why my bumper to bumper warranty did not cover the repair. Also I had purchased oil changes when I bought the truck and they did not know anything about it.
