I’ve never had an experience as such. I went in for an oil change, brakes shaking at 15,000 miles and a tear in the seat. I was told I need rotors and an alignment. I did the alignment an I went in for an oil change, brakes shaking at 15,000 miles and a tear in the seat. I was told I need rotors and an alignment. I did the alignment and the steering was tilting to the left. Rotors were replaced under warranty after back and forth with Jeep. 5 alignments later and the steering wheel is still not straight. I have been back there 7 times even though they only said 5. No offer of a refund on the alignment even though the issue is yet to be resolved and I’ve asked numerous times with no answer. The seat was denied by warranty and they asked for more information. The dealership never supplied it after 2 weeks as they were busy. I’ve opted to leave this dealership for service at this time and once the lease is up I will see if I will ever go back to a Jeep again. Absolute inconvenience on my end that I hope won’t happen at another dealership. This all happened from 5/10 thru 6/19 More

Alan was absolutely amazing. I drop my car off the night before and by 8:27 AM the next day it was done. I left a voicemail and Alan called me back right away.
